They really helped me out. Listed out the pros and cons of each product and helped me decide the best one to get the job done. The staff was super knowledgable and friendly. They really know their stuff and did an amazing job on top of it.

I can’t say enough good about Diaz Floor Covering Specialists. They epoxied by garage in 2023 and it’s still beautiful, 3 years later. Erick was SUPER easy to work with and spent extra time helping me to find the right combinations of colors for me (white, tan, and light brown), showing he truly cared about his clients (or potential clients). I got quotes from other companies and they didn’t give near the customer service, care, or patience that Diaz Floor did. I’ve recommended them to many friends and will continue to do so.

What a great experience! this company has great communication, Pricing, customer care and so professional. We are so pleased with their work.

Next we are going to get cement floors . I cant wait.

Very professional and clearly explained all steps of their process.

Excellent and Professional.

Erick and his team did a great job on our epoxy garage floor. They were exceedingly helpful in moving items, completing the job in a timely manner, and showed the highest professionalism throughout. Polite, helpful, courteous, thoughtful. I highly recommend Diaz Floors!

His work was amazing. Great time schedule. Showed up when we planned and cleaned up everything. The job was done in a timely manner. I am very picky and know if you want a job well done this is your guy!!

Start to finish, these guys got the job DONE! SUPERIOR customer service, always kept me in the loop, courteous and accommodating to the NTH degree. If you have ever experienced poor customer service, get your garage floors done by this group and your faith in customer service even existing out there will be renewed. Shout out to Miguel, Eric and the whole crew! Oh yea, the garage floor was beyond my expectations. 😀 THANKS AGAIN GUYS!!

Very professional. Had to remodel garage floors and they gave the best price value. Very hardworking and attentive to detail.

Erick did a great job on my floor. Easy to work with, worked with me on the timing, and under promised and over delivered on the quality and timing. Looks great. I wish I had more garage for him to epoxy.

amazing work, everything got done no questions asked. best prices friendly staff

They came by to inspect the area before giving us a quote. They kept us informed by providing updates for every step they were taking. The end result looked great!

Excellent quality, value, customer service, and last but not lease quick installation.

Erick and his son did an excellent job for a reasonable price. We would highly recommend them!

Miguel D. and his crew were outstanding…efficient and customer oriented. Miguel really knows his product and how to use his staff.

Amazing results! Miguel and his team are efficient and timely! From picking the floor choices to install, everything went great. I highly recommend giving them a call for some awesome deals!

Getting our new epoxy floors was a great experience and was the perfect finishing touch for our garage project. The crew was knowledgeable and did a great job. Erick is an absolute pleasure to work with. We highly recommend this company! We would give them ten stars if we could.

Very glad that I chose Diaz Floor for our house. Very fast and clean with an excellent price. They are very kind and responsible. I would recommend them 100%.

DFCS recently completed our project, which consisted of a troweled and sealed concrete floor in two rooms and a bathroom of our home. Admittedly, as a client, we were very challenging for Erik and Miguel to satisfy. We were not familiar with these processes and the inherent challenges working with this type of flooring. In a nutshell, we were a difficult client.

Throughout the process, DFCS conducted themselves very professionally, and genuinely cared about us being happy with the finished product. They stuck with it, helped us through, and in the end, delivered a great looking floor. We are very happy with the work that was done.

DFCS has earned my respect and appreciation. They operate honestly and ethically; I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone considering this type of floor.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

I couldn’t be happier with the work Diaz Floor Covering Specialist did on my garage and covered patio. From the first estimate to the final walkthrough, Erick and his crew were professional, punctual, and took obvious pride in their craftsmanship.

The preparation alone showed the difference between a company that just applies coatings and one that knows how to build a floor that lasts. They repaired imperfections, paid attention to every edge, wrapped the stem walls and steps, and left the entire space looking like it belongs in a luxury home. The finished product exceeded my expectations.

Communication throughout the project was outstanding, the crew kept everything clean, and they made sure I was completely satisfied before they considered the job finished. The transformation is incredible, and I’ve already had friends and neighbors asking who did the work.

If you’re considering a garage floor, patio coating, or any concrete refinishing project, I recommend Diaz Floor Covering Specialist without hesitation. They earned every one of these five stars.

Completely transformed my garage! Highly recommend!
I recently hired Diaz Floor Covering to install epoxy flooring in my garage, and I am blown away by the results. The difference is night and day, my garage looks like a showroom now!
Beyond the amazing finished product, I was incredibly impressed by their professionalism. The team arrived exactly when they said they would, explained the process clearly, and worked efficiently to get the job done fast without cutting corners.
If you are looking for a company that delivers high-quality work with fast, friendly service, look no further than Diaz Floor Covering . I can’t recommend them enough!😊

Erick Diaz and his son were the most knowledgeable floor guys that showed up and gave me an estimate. They were good on their price, which included moisture barrier, and polyaspartic topcoating which was more money with the other guys. The other guys didn’t even mention the moisture barrier which causes most epoxy systems to fail. I am very happy with Floor Covering Specialists, and they will be doing my other garage in the future, right now they are doing 2 of my friends garages near me

If you look for an epoxy flooring in your garage, don’t look further than this company. They are exemplary in everything they do from beginning to end. They are ready to answer any questions you have before during and after the project and the quality of the finishing is absolutely second to none. If you like high-quality and good service, these are the people you go to in San Diego.

Getting our new epoxy floors done was the perfect finishing touch for our garage project. The crew was friendly and did a fantastic job, and Erick is an absolute pleasure to work with. We highly recommend this company and would give them ten stars if we could!

What a seamless experience! From the initial consultation to the final product, everything was handled in the most professional manner. Extremely pleased with Erick and his team! Just good people who care about their work!

I literally called about 11am yesterday and my floor is done today at 5pm. I couldn’t be happier with the work and the price. The floor looks beautiful!

They really helped me out. Listed out the pros and cons of each product and helped me decide the best one to get the job done. The staff was super knowledgable and friendly. They really know their stuff and did an amazing job on top of it.

found Diaz Floor Covering on Google and honestly, I feel like I accidentally unlocked a cheat code for home improvement.

The owner (the father) called me back personally, came out to check my garage, and didn’t try to oversell me—just straight, honest, “here’s what we can do” energy. Respect.

Now let’s talk about the transformation… because WOW.

Before? My garage was… a garage. Concrete floor, nothing special, the kind of place you park your car and immediately forget exists. After? It looks like I should be storing a Ferrari in there instead of my daily driver.

They came in, prepped the concrete like they were performing surgery, and in about 3.5 hours—3.5 HOURS—they were done. In and out like flooring ninjas. I was genuinely confused how something that looks this good didn’t take three days and a construction crew of 20.

The finished floor is this awesome blue with speckles, super glossy, and ridiculously easy to clean. I’m pretty sure I could spill just about anything on it, wipe it up, and it would still look brand new. It honestly looks like one of those pristine, showroom-style garages you see in fancy neighborhoods… except now it’s mine.

I keep finding excuses to walk into my garage just to look at it, which is not something I ever thought I’d say in my life.

If you’re on the fence—don’t be. These guys are fast, professional, and the results are next-level. I didn’t just upgrade my garage… I gave it a full glow-up. Highly recommend!!!

Professional and courteous at all times, paid attention to detail and even though my warehouse had a lot of issues Erick had a prompt solution to all the difficulties we encountered

Excellent and professional services!

Wanted to thank the DFCS team for the amazing concrete work they did for me, y’all are great!

We hired Miguel and his team to epoxy the floors of our fellowship hall in our church . We are renting a commercial building and the warehouse side where we fellowship had floors that needed a lot of work.

They got the job fast and efficient and I am so pleased with the results! We got the job started on Wednesday and it will be ready for use for our Sunday services! Highly recommend this company and would definitely use them again for future projects.

Miguel is very knowledgeable and easy to work with. Our garage floor turned out great – couldn’t be more pleased!

They did a great job and were very nice and easy to work with.

Called a few places and Eric was the only person that showed up. Very Friendly, Knowledgeable, and the quote provided was fair. “GOOD WORK AINT CHEAP and CHEAP WORK AINT GOOD”. His guys came out and completed the job faster than expected. A few touch up needed were just a text away. Will definitely save his info for future projects! You should do the same…

10/10Would recommend to anyone who needs their service.Their work attitude and friendliness makes them the best.

I was very pleased with the work they did in my home, very respectful and the job was done on time and on budget. Very satisfied

Thank You So much!

Diaz flooring did an exceptional
Job on my garage floor. On time and done with project. Competitive price too! Erik and Miguel were great to work with.

Had the concrete floors in my home ground to large aggregate and polished.BEST experience ever. Polite, on time, great communication, extremely knowledgeable! Says what and when he is going to do and then does as he says when he says.Cares about your home and the outcome as much as you do. I highly recommend. No one else in the business compares.

Miguel was a referral from a real estate agent we know who told us he was “the epoxy guy”. She was right. Miguel was a pleasure to work with and was able to squeeze us in on short notice, including a drive to our house to show us samples and talk us through our options. He didn’t even ask us for this review like most other contractor types do. 10/10 recommend. Will add pics once it cures.

Amazing results! Miguel and his team are efficient and timely! From picking the floor choices to install, everything went great. I highly recommend giving them a call for some awesome deals!

I found them to be very professional. Quick to respond. Great with epoxy. Definitely recommending to my friends for future projects. Thank you for your expertise.
