Start to finish, these guys got the job DONE! SUPERIOR customer service, always kept me in the loop, courteous and accommodating to the NTH degree. If you have ever experienced poor customer service, get your garage floors done by this group and your faith in customer service even existing out there will be renewed. Shout out to Miguel, Eric and the whole crew! Oh yea, the garage floor was beyond my expectations. 😀 THANKS AGAIN GUYS!!

I had a great experience using DFCS.They were quick to respond to our request for a quote and were able to schedule installation within a week. The work was completed in one day and looks great!

I can’t say enough good about Diaz Floor Covering Specialists. They epoxied by garage in 2023 and it’s still beautiful, 3 years later. Erick was SUPER easy to work with and spent extra time helping me to find the right combinations of colors for me (white, tan, and light brown), showing he truly cared about his clients (or potential clients). I got quotes from other companies and they didn’t give near the customer service, care, or patience that Diaz Floor did. I’ve recommended them to many friends and will continue to do so.

Miguel is very knowledgeable and easy to work with. Our garage floor turned out great – couldn’t be more pleased!

My garage looks amazing! Thank you! Erick is wonderful to work with and his choice of color turned out phenomenal. It’s his favorite color called “Boss”!

Miguel D. and his crew were outstanding…efficient and customer oriented. Miguel really knows his product and how to use his staff.

Diaz Floor Covering Specialists was amazing! They came out and gave me a free estimate, which was extremely reasonable. They were able to schedule my job quickly and were very professional throughout the whole process. My warehouse looks amazing now!

What a seamless experience! From the initial consultation to the final product, everything was handled in the most professional manner. Extremely pleased with Erick and his team! Just good people who care about their work!

“DFCS did not disappoint! They did an excellent job on my outdoor patios. I received three bids from different companies, and I chose them because they offered the best combination of quality workmanship and an affordable price for the project.”

Miguel was a referral from a real estate agent we know who told us he was “the epoxy guy”. She was right. Miguel was a pleasure to work with and was able to squeeze us in on short notice, including a drive to our house to show us samples and talk us through our options. He didn’t even ask us for this review like most other contractor types do. 10/10 recommend. Will add pics once it cures.

Stellar experience with Diaz Flooring. Miguel the owner is super knowledgeable, great communicator, and customer obsessed. Erick and team did a fantastic install job, let us know immediately when they found moisture in our garage floor, and worked with us to find a solution. Total pros. Highly recommended.

I could not be happier with my experience with Diaz Floor! They demo’ed and removed my old cabinets (that included outdated wiring) and meticulously epoxied my garage floor. The floor looks AMAZING. The owner personally came to my house for an estimate and we ended up chatting for about a hour about life – very nice, trustworthy people. He was always a text away as we made the final preparations for my floor install. Turnaround was very quick and they finished the job all in one day. They also love military personnel; I received a 10% military discount. They’re price beat out other quotes I had. Highly recommend; 10/10.

Excellent quality, value, customer service, and last but not lease quick installation.

Miguel went above and beyond to make sure the job was done right. He created a specialized color match/mix that no one else offered. Thanks Miguel and team!

I’m very grateful that I had DFCS do my garage floor! I was looking for a professional job and they really went the extra mile to make sure everything was perfect! They even helped us pick out the perfect color! My wife absolutely loves it!
Thank You So much!

They came by to inspect the area before giving us a quote. They kept us informed by providing updates for every step they were taking. The end result looked great!

Excellent and Professional.

We hired Miguel and his team to epoxy the floors of our fellowship hall in our church . We are renting a commercial building and the warehouse side where we fellowship had floors that needed a lot of work.

They got the job fast and efficient and I am so pleased with the results! We got the job started on Wednesday and it will be ready for use for our Sunday services! Highly recommend this company and would definitely use them again for future projects.

Miguel was very responsive and easy to communicate with during my garage remodel. He offered a fair price and promptly addressed any concerns I had. His team replaced the drywall, added wall texture, painted the space, and gave it a sleek epoxy floor. They also kindly repaired a door that my son accidentally damaged during the project. Now the garage looks incredibly beautiful and stylish–it completely transformed the space. I really appreciated Miguel’s honesty and follow-through, which made the whole experience much smoother.Yelena I

The entire experience was smooth, stress-free, and enjoyable from beginning to end.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Five Stars Without Hesitation!

Very good workmanship, clean, & respectful workers.. Knowledgeable about their job.

Erick did a great job on my floor. Easy to work with, worked with me on the timing, and under promised and over delivered on the quality and timing. Looks great. I wish I had more garage for him to epoxy.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

I couldn’t be happier with the work Diaz Floor Covering Specialist did on my garage and covered patio. From the first estimate to the final walkthrough, Erick and his crew were professional, punctual, and took obvious pride in their craftsmanship.

The preparation alone showed the difference between a company that just applies coatings and one that knows how to build a floor that lasts. They repaired imperfections, paid attention to every edge, wrapped the stem walls and steps, and left the entire space looking like it belongs in a luxury home. The finished product exceeded my expectations.

Communication throughout the project was outstanding, the crew kept everything clean, and they made sure I was completely satisfied before they considered the job finished. The transformation is incredible, and I’ve already had friends and neighbors asking who did the work.

If you’re considering a garage floor, patio coating, or any concrete refinishing project, I recommend Diaz Floor Covering Specialist without hesitation. They earned every one of these five stars.

They did a great job and were very nice and easy to work with.

These guys stand behind their work 100% and will take the right steps to ensure the floor you get is the floor you want and then some.

Diamond grinder, proper moisture barrier, more than the minimum amount of material. This is solid epoxy, no alcohol or evaporative and leaves a perfect smooth finish with no bubbles.

Thanks again guys!

Excellent overall service!

I found them to be very professional. Quick to respond. Great with epoxy. Definitely recommending to my friends for future projects. Thank you for your expertise.

We’re happy with our garage epoxy done by Miguel and Erick. Family-owned business very professional and friendly with decades of experience!

Had the concrete floors in my home ground to large aggregate and polished.BEST experience ever. Polite, on time, great communication, extremely knowledgeable! Says what and when he is going to do and then does as he says when he says.Cares about your home and the outcome as much as you do. I highly recommend. No one else in the business compares.

They really helped me out. Listed out the pros and cons of each product and helped me decide the best one to get the job done. The staff was super knowledgable and friendly. They really know their stuff and did an amazing job on top of it.

This is the top service in San Diego. Miguel is professional and reliable and will use his years of experience to help guide you. We found this company through word of mouth and countless positive experiences from colleges and we are so glad to have found them.

Amazing results! Miguel and his team are efficient and timely! From picking the floor choices to install, everything went great. I highly recommend giving them a call for some awesome deals!

I am totally satisfied with our new garage floor. The Diaz crew arrived on time, walked us through the process and provided updates throughout the installation. I highly recommend Diaz Floor Covering Specialists.

On time. Polite. Knowledgeable. Great Teamwork & that is really important. Michael & Aaron did a fantastic job. Thank You Erick, jr & Erick, Sr. Eight. We are very happy!!

amazing work, everything got done no questions asked. best prices friendly staff

Wanted to thank the DFCS team for the amazing concrete work they did for me, y’all are great!

Erick Diaz and his son were the most knowledgeable floor guys that showed up and gave me an estimate. They were good on their price, which included moisture barrier, and polyaspartic topcoating which was more money with the other guys. The other guys didn’t even mention the moisture barrier which causes most epoxy systems to fail. I am very happy with Floor Covering Specialists, and they will be doing my other garage in the future, right now they are doing 2 of my friends garages near me

His work was amazing. Great time schedule. Showed up when we planned and cleaned up everything. The job was done in a timely manner. I am very picky and know if you want a job well done this is your guy!!
