They did a beautiful job on our old concrete patio. The concrete was in decent shape, but they first patched any cracks and erosion. They removed wood that was put in the middle to keep the concrete from moving and replaced it with a polyurethane filler.Then they machine sanded down the concrete. I really appreciated that their machines had HEPA filters on them. The dust afterwards was hardly noticeable and they did a great job cleaning it up. Once the sanding was done, they applied an adhesive and laid down the quartz finish. It’s an art form to watch. The Quartz finish looks great and it has a terrific guarantee. It is waterproof, scratch proof and seems extremely durable. We happen to have a quartz countertop in our kitchen which looks as good as it did when we installed it in 2005. DFG was responsive to all of our questions and requests. We did have a very small patio bubble come up and Eric was here within a week to repair it.DFG is an excellent company to work with, I felt the price was fair, and they really know their topic. We just put on a new aluminum cover and had new patio furniture, but with nasty old concrete. We didn’t know what to do and what was available, but DFG did and we were delighted with the results. I have attached a close-up picture of what the material looks like on our patio and backyard sidewalk. DFG offers a number of concrete treatments. This just seem to be the one that was perfect for usHighly recommended company.

I can’t say enough good about Diaz Floor Covering Specialists. They epoxied by garage in 2023 and it’s still beautiful, 3 years later. Erick was SUPER easy to work with and spent extra time helping me to find the right combinations of colors for me (white, tan, and light brown), showing he truly cared about his clients (or potential clients). The owner (the father) called me back personally, came out to check my garage, and didn’t try to oversell me—just straight, honest, “here’s what we can do” energy. Respect.

Now let’s talk about the transformation… because WOW.

Before? My garage was… a garage. Concrete floor, nothing special, the kind of place you park your car and immediately forget exists. After? It looks like I should be storing a Ferrari in there instead of my daily driver.

They came in, prepped the concrete like they were performing surgery, and in about 3.5 hours—3.5 HOURS—they were done. In and out like flooring ninjas. I was genuinely confused how something that looks this good didn’t take three days and a construction crew of 20.

The finished floor is this awesome blue with speckles, super glossy, and ridiculously easy to clean. I’m pretty sure I could spill just about anything on it, wipe it up, and it would still look brand new. It honestly looks like one of those pristine, showroom-style garages you see in fancy neighborhoods… except now it’s mine.

I keep finding excuses to walk into my garage just to look at it, which is not something I ever thought I’d say in my life.

DFCS recently completed our project, which consisted of a troweled and sealed concrete floor in two rooms and a bathroom of our home.
