DFCS recently completed our project, which consisted of a troweled and sealed concrete floor in two rooms and a bathroom of our home. Admittedly, as a client, we were very challenging for Erik and Miguel to satisfy. We were not familiar with these processes and the inherent challenges working with this type of flooring. In a nutshell, we were a difficult client.

Throughout the process, DFCS conducted themselves very professionally, and genuinely cared about us being happy with the finished product. They stuck with it, helped us through, and in the end, delivered a great looking floor. We are very happy with the work that was done.

Erick Diaz and his son were the most knowledgeable floor guys that showed up and gave me an estimate. They were good on their price, which included moisture barrier, and polyaspartic topcoating which was more money with the other guys. The other guys didn’t even mention the moisture barrier which causes most epoxy systems to fail. I am very happy with Floor Covering Specialists, and they will be doing my other garage in the future, right now they are doing 2 of my friends garages near me

I could not be happier with my experience with Diaz Floor! They demo’ed and removed my old cabinets (that included outdated wiring) and meticulously epoxied my garage floor. The floor looks AMAZING. The owner personally came to my house for an estimate and we ended up chatting for about a hour about life – very nice, trustworthy people. He was always a text away as we made the final preparations for my floor install. Turnaround was very quick and they finished the job all in one day.
