				DFCS recently completed our project, which consisted of a troweled and sealed concrete floor in two rooms and a bathroom of our home. Admittedly, as a client, we were very challenging for Erik and Miguel to satisfy. We were not familiar with these processes and the inherent challenges working with this type of flooring. In a nutshell, we were a difficult client.



Throughout the process, DFCS conducted themselves very professionally, and genuinely cared about us being happy with the finished product. They stuck with it, helped us through, and in the end, delivered a great looking floor. We are very happy with the work that was done.



DFCS has earned my respect and appreciation. They operate honestly and ethically; I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone considering this type of floor.

				Erik Diaz did the most awazingly beautiful work on my garage. The result was so classy and good looking that I asked him to seal my slate patio and the entrance to my house. Erik is punctual, responsible, reliable. He sent a team of two men that were most accommodating to my schedule and my needs. Everyone was very respectful and personable. I definitely would recommend this company without any hesitation. You will be surprised by the excellent results.

				Erick Diaz and his son were the most knowledgeable floor guys that showed up and gave me an estimate.  They were good on their price, which included moisture barrier, and polyaspartic topcoating which was more money with the other guys.  The other guys didn’t even mention the moisture barrier which causes most epoxy systems to fail.  I am very happy with Floor Covering Specialists, and they will be doing my other garage in the future,  right now they are doing 2 of my friends garages near me

Diamond grinder, proper moisture barrier, more than the minimum amount of material. This is solid epoxy, no alcohol or evaporative and leaves a perfect smooth finish with no bubbles.
